Oats by any other name …

…TASTES EVEN BETTER! EVERYBODY has heard of the goodness of oats, particularly about its beta-glucan power which has the ability to lower cholesterol and the risk of heart disease. Not only that, it fills you up without topping up those calories and helps you keep fit and trim. But, despite all that goodness, not everyone will eat it in its plain form. So here are three inspired ways you can add zest and zing to your bowl of oats in the morning.

Our Own Tryout

We were so taken by Ami’s recipe that we decided to make our own Oatie Yoghurt Breakkie

Here’s the result.

Our fruit top was apples. We added Chia seeds and Psyllium husks to the oats and yoghurt mix.  It was absolutely filling and refreshing and delicious.

Try it for your breakfast too!
